Assignment:

The project is a commercial and administrative building (Avaris Commercial Complex) which consist mainly of the following:

1.  Lower Basement and upper basement with an area of 10179 m2 each

2.  3 Buildings with ground, first, second floor with an area of  approximately 4300 m2 each.The project is a turnkey fast track project including civil, architectural and electro-mechanical works.  

Assignment:

The Project is a fully equipped residential compound on 27 Fadden. The Project consists of different types of four-story residential buildings arranged in five clusters A, B, C, D, E & F with a common continuous basement in addition to a club house.The Work divided into two main parts as Follow:

Assignment:

Our assignment as SHUTTERING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is to complete all the finishing and landscape works for the medical center. The building consists of a basement, ground, 2 floors, roof and upper roof. The Hospital includes 75 beds, 6 operation rooms, clinics, radiology department and a pharmacy.  

Assignment:

Our assignment as SHUTTERING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is to fully renovate the hospital on two phases. The hospital consists of two main buildings and a total of 650 beds. Shuttering will be working one building while the other is operating until the whole work is done. Then, the patients will be transferred to the new building and Shuttering will start renovating the other building.
