Assignment:
Our assignment was to renovate the hotel with a full-scale refurbishment. Shuttering’s scope included the renovation of the rooms including bathrooms, finishes for floors, walls and ceilings (wood, gypsum, marble, tiling, etc.), fixed joinery, doors, special wood works and paneling, furniture and soft furnishings, artworks and decorative lighting,upholstery, curtains, bed covers electrical works and air-conditioning (MEP works).
Another part of the refurbishment was a full-scale refurbishment for the public areas, central kitchens, and the swimming pool. The hotel was in operation during the project execution.
