Assignment:

Our assignment as SHUTTERING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY was to renovate the hotel with a full scale refurbishment. Shuttering’s scope included renovation of rooms, bathrooms, Finishes for floors, walls and ceilings (wood, gypsum, marble, tiling, etc.), fixed joinery, doors, special wood works and paneling, artworks and decorative lighting, central kitchens, reception, restaurants pubs, bars laundries, lifts, electrical works and air-conditioning systems (MEP works). The hotel is in operation during the time of renovation.

The renovation also includes all public areas, back of house facilities, and entrance. The Scope also included Demolishing parts of the old structure to form the new design concept of double height lobby and to extend the existing building using a steel structures, new entrance with a revolving door, structure glaze Wall/floor coverings such as marble, carpets and parquet, decorative lighting. All above items are produced according to the client's requirements and specifications up to the consultant’s satisfaction
