Assignment:
Our assignment as SHUTTERING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY was renovating the hotel rooms in stages while the hotel was in operating. The Renovation was a full scale refurbishment including finishes for floors, walls and ceilings (wood, gypsum, marble, tiling, etc.), fixed joinery, doors, special wood works and paneling and including electro-mechanical works.

The hotel renovation included furniture and soft furnishings, upholstered furniture and case goods such as consoles, tables and TV armoires, as well as curtains, cushions and bedding items, wall/floor coverings carpets, artworks and decorative lighting.
