Assignment:
Our assignment as SHUTTERING CONSTRUCTION COPMANY was the completion of concrete skeleton and all finishing works of one basement with an area 2400 m2, ground floor and 2 typical floors each with an area of 2400 m2 including facades finishes (Structural glazing, Alum Cladding), marble pattern flooring, ceilings (wood, gypsum, etc.), fixed joinery, doors, and all roof layers finishes, and all electro-mechanical works (HAVC, electric wiring, fire alarm, fire fighting, plumping).

Our assignment was the execution of the concrete skeleton and finishing works of the two basement of 4000 m2 and four typical floors of area 1200 m2 including facades finishes (structural glazing, Aluminum Cladding), marble pattern flooring, ceilings (wood, gypsum, etc.), fixed joinery, doors, and all roof layers finishes, also all electro-mechanical works (HAVC, electric, fire alarm, fire fighting, plumping, telephone and data).

It included excavation ,concretes, finishing works included (wood, gypsum, brick works, marble, tiling, etc.), fixed joinery, doors, special wood works and paneling, aluminum composite elevations, aluminum curtain walls all electro-mechanical works (HAVC, electric, fire alarm, fire fighting,plumping, telephone and state of the art IT), water storage grounds tanks (fire & drinking water).
