Our assignment was the execution of the concrete skeleton and infrastructure and all finishing works of Extension building (7470 m2), Health club (285m2), Public toilet (140m2), Water tank (163m2), Restaurant (860m2) and the renovation of the Kitchens and the existing building.

Our assignment was the completion of all finishing works of the 15th and 16th floors (Penthouse Area) which included 42 royal suites. the scope of work included structural repair and electro-mechanical networks. The project was executed under high quality control in order to meet the requirements of luxurious 5 stars suites.

Our assignment as SHUTTERING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY was to renovate the hotel with a full scale refurbishment. Shuttering’s scope included renovation of rooms, bathrooms, Finishes for floors, walls and ceilings (wood, gypsum, marble, tiling, etc.), fixed joinery, doors, special wood works and paneling, artworks and decorative lighting, central kitchens, reception, restaurants pubs, bars laundries, lifts, electrical works and air-conditioning systems (MEP works). The hotel is in operation during the time of renovation.

Our assignment as SHUTTERING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY was renovating the hotel rooms in stages as the hotel was in operation during the time of renovation. The refurbishment was a full-scale refurbishment including furniture and soft furnishings, upholstered furniture and case goods such as consoles, tables and TV armories, as well as curtains, cushions and bedding items, wall/floor coverings carpets, artworks and decorative lighting. The renovation also included all public areas and entrances for the hotel.

Our assignment as SHUTTERING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY was to enlarge the villas to accommodate the Abu Dhabi Royalty through a massive construction project using state of the art construction methods. In addition of building 4 new swimming pools , tunneled private access to the beach underneath the pools.
